What types of events can you host?
We can host a wide variety of events, including:
  1. Conferences and Seminars - Multi-day events, workshops, and training sessions
  2. Corporate Meetings - Board meetings, team retreats, and business presentations
  3. Weddings and Celebrations - Ceremonies, receptions, banquets, and parties
  4. Academic Events - Lectures, symposiums, and networking events
  5. Community Gatherings - Fundraisers, galas, and community workshops
  6. Social Events - Reunions, birthday parties, and holiday celebrations

How many guests can you accommodate?
Whether you're planning a small, intimate gathering of 20 or a corporate conference for 250, we have spaces to suit a wide range of events. Our venue offers both indoor and outdoor options, along with flexible room layouts that can be customized to meet your specific needs.
Are catering services available?
Our Catering Services team provides a variety of options to suit different group needs. They can customize menus based on your event, group size, and dietary requirements. Please note that external food and beverage vendors are not permitted.
What is included with my facility fee?
Tables, chairs, house linen, and basic audio/visual equipment are included in the facility fee for most spaces. Additional equipment and amenities may be available in certain locations.
What is the policy regarding the service of alcohol?
Catering Services will provide the bartenders and non-alcoholic drinks for your event. You will need to purchase beer, wine, or liquor for your event. In addition, we require:
  • A standard ACORD certificate of insurance evidencing Liability Insurance, including sexual abuse and molestation coverage, and Host Liquor Liability Insurance with minimum limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence. Lehigh University must be named as an "Additional Insured" on all insurance policies.
  • If you cannot provide insurance through your homeowner’s or renter’s policy, we can assist you in purchasing a TULIP policy through our Risk Management Office. Please contact us for rates and the application process.
Proof of insurance must be submitted to the Conference Services office at least 30 days prior to the event. Without proper insurance, alcohol service will not be allowed.
 
Can we hire our own vendors (photographer, decorators, etc.), or do you have a list of preferred vendors?
Yes, organizers are welcome to use their own vendors. However, if alcohol will be served at your event, you must arrange it through our Catering Services department (please refer to our guidelines on alcohol service).
What are the parking options for guests? Is there a fee for parking?
For non-Lehigh sponsored events at the Iacocca Conference Center booked through Conference Services, your guests will have access to the Iacocca Hall visitor parking lot at no charge. 
If you visit Iacocca Hall outside of your scheduled event time there is a cost to park in the visitor parking lot.  You can park at and pay by plate in the visitor lot with the Passport Mobile App or at payment kiosks located along the visitor lot.
Do you have access to WIFI?
Yes, lehigh-guest is for campus visitors so they could use our wireless network without having a lehigh account.
 
Is the Iacocca Conference Center ADA accessible?
Yes, the Iacocca Conference Center meets ADA accessibility guidelines.
